How do I clean my new Marriott Bonvoy signs?

  • Do NOT clean unless signage appears soiled.
  • Do NOT use solvents or ammonia-based cleaners.
  • Use a clean, damp, non-abrasive, lint free cloth to wipe the sign surface.
  • Do NOT immerse sign in water. Excess water will damage interior grade Braille signage.
  • When the soil has been removed, wipe the sign with a clean, dry, non-abrasive, lint free cloth.

Do the prices shown include shipping and tax?

No. Each price shown is for product only. Shipping, taxes, duties, and customs charges are additional. Please note that prices shown are USD only.

 

When will my order ship?

Hotels opening through May 31, 2019, are scheduled to receive an automated drop shipment of signage. This signage is scheduled to arrive by June 30, 2019.

Additional orders may be placed now and are estimated to begin shipping in June 2019.

 

How will I know if my order was received?

You will receive an email confirmation that your order has been received. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact us at marriottbonvoy@identitygroup.com or at 316-267-4171.

 

How will I know when my order has shipped? You will receive an email with tracking once your order has shipped.
